Andre’s connection to the outdoors took root during an environmental semester in Wisconsin, where he first fell in love with kayaking and canoeing. He began guiding in 2020 and has since built experience across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska, with Montana up next.
Andre enjoys helping people feel more connected to the places they explore and cares deeply about environmental stewardship. Off the river, you might find him paragliding, backcountry snowboarding, climbing, and chasing new adventures. Whether it’s hiking up a peak in Alaska and flying back down or cooking a great meal for friends, he brings good energy to everything he does.
